Our state approved Associate Broker Program helps you understand the dynamics of the real estate business and prepares you for the state licensing exam. You will complete the Colorado requirements of 48 hours real estate law and practice, 48 hours in real estate contracts and 72 hours in trust accounts, record keeping, closing, legal issues and practical applications.
